Guest Unit

Luxury is best when it’s shared. A fully-furnished co-owned loft unit is available for your visitors. A full kitchen, pull-out bed, queen suite, in-unit laundry, and private patio will give your guests a convenient place to recharge after days spent exploring the exciting sights of downtown Cedar Rapids and Iowa’s Creative Corridor.

Reservation Instructions

1) Owners can view the reservation system and book online by clicking the “ONLINE RESERVATIONS” button below:

2) If it is your first visit to the site, enter password “NewBohemia” to create an account.

3) Click the online calendar to select the first date of your desired reservation. A “New Reservation” window will pop up, allowing you to type in the start and ending reservation dates. The per night reservation fee is also listed. Select the “Create Reservation” button when you are ready to place your reservation. 

4) A confirmation email will be sent to you with a 5-digit key box code. Use this code to access the key box during check-in.
